The Drop box is a fabulous way of saving money on postage costs.
Add orders as you go to your drop box and have it posted to you all in one go once you’ve filled it up.
You get just under 2kg of space in your drop box to fill with all your favourite scents.
To get a drop box going you must be logged into your account for the postage option to pop up at checkout, you will pay for postage with just this one first order. To add any new orders to your drop box, make sure you’re logged in to be able to see “Drop Box Add-On” at checkout.
Once you’ve filled your drop box up with all your lovely orders the website will automatically close. You can also close your drop box yourself whenever you like by visiting your account page, once you have closed it you can not reopen that same drop box, but you can start a brand new box.
You have 80 days to fill your Drop Box. If you have not filled in up within 80 days, your Drop Box will be closed and posted to you.
This option is not available, due to the Dropbox option. Also we are constantly replenishing stock, some more will become available.
We have a custom request form on our website here where you will be able to find all the details about them there.
Custom requests can take between a month to 3 months to be made. We try and get your request done as quick as possible but if we feel it will take longer then a month we will email you to let you know
To leave a review, you have to be logged into your account. Go to the item you would like to review, scroll down to the review tab
There is no set amount of time for a wait list, it depends on a number of things, from the amount of people waiting, to the stock of oils.

If you live in Dengie you will be given the local pick-up option at checkout.
Orders can only be processed and paid for via the website.
We accept, PayPal, cards and Apple Pay
Wait for about 2 weeks from the day your order was posted, then message with either full name on the order or the order number or your email address you used to place your order.
Monday and Friday. However this does differ depending on how busy we are and the weather.
Orders need to be made before 3pm on Sunday and Thursday to be posted the next day.
We do not post on Bank Holidays and weekends.
Parcels under 2kg will go as 2nd class signed for with Royal Mail which is £4.10
If you spend over £50 you will receive free delivery.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes/charges that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Used items (melted, burned)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For larger orders and low stock items, preparing and delivery can take up to a week. But we aim to ship your order to you within a week of payment being made.

Unlike candles that burn with a wick, wax melts or wax tarts are placed in a tart warmer, or an electric melter and slowly warmed from a tea light or electric heating source.
Place your wax into your wax melter to release the true-to-life scents.
Once finished using the melt, replace the lid and keep up high away from children and pets.
Do not add water. Not to be consumed.
Our wax melts can be used with any branded burner/melter, but we find they work best in Tealight Burners.
