Delivery

Standard Delivery (UK)

All orders for the UK placed through www.smellyscents.co.uk are processed and dispatched with Royal Mail they have a standard delivery charge of £4.10, however orders over £50 qualify for free delivery. Orders are shipped on Monday and Friday every week and usually arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

International Delivery

We do not currently provide international delivery options.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, all we ask is that you:

1. Contact us via our return form or email e[email protected] within 14 days of delivery, please supply your order number and any information relating to the problem including photos if applicable.
2. Return the products back to us within 30 days of delivery in the condition received, unused

We cannot accept returns/refunds for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Used items (melted, burned)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, if the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
